The geomorphologicys researchs based in mapping of the ways of relief, have seen increased in brasilian territory. Its objetives are environment planning in differents dimensions. Geomorphologics maps and the others thematics maps have been used to create resume products like maps of fragility environment and maps of environment zoning.
The Conception is the system theory point if you consider that the way of terrestial relief belong to interativy funcional process and interdependents mutuas among the others components of nature and human societies. The ways of terrestial relief have their bases determinated by the energy and flow matter wich have been beetwen components of nature. These ones are oposite and complete themselves. They get differents physionomy that appear in the earth surface thourough ways of relief, rocks, air, earth, vegetation, animals, and the mens.
The methodologie is based in Bertrand (1972), Sotchawa (1968), Gerasimov (1946), Mecerjakov (1968), Tricart (1977), with changings by Ross (1990, 1992, 1994, 1995, and 1998). The ways of relief have funcional stability or potential, upper instability.Then you have the taxonomy propost by Ross (1990 and 1992) to creation of geomorphologic map. Improving the production of unity environment map (Ross 1995 and 1998).These products have correlection with others plans of geographycs informations. The getting the environment zoning. The greatest example wich was aplied was the basin Paraguay river-Brazil, in the Pantanal's Project with 396.000Km2.
