The First Council of the International Association of Geomorphologists

During First Meeting of the IAG Council in Tokyo, August 25, 2001 the Council accepted applications from Algeria, Cameroon, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Yugoslavia as new National Scientific Members of the IAG. The number of National Scientific Members affiliated to the IAG amounts to 49.
